Nbn Portal is a one-stop-shop for connecting to the National Broadband Network (NBN). It's a tool that lets you manage your account, check your connection status, and find information on how to use the NBN.
How to login to the Nbn Portal?
To login to the Nbn Portal, click on the 'login' link in the top right corner of the screen. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to create one.
How to Login to the Nbn Portal
If you have an Nbn account and have been logged into the portal, all you need to do is enter your login details below. If you don't have an Nbn account or haven't been logged into the portal, follow the instructions below to create an account and then login.
To log in to the Nbn Portal:
1. Click on the Nbn Portal link in the left-hand column of this page.
2. Enter your user name and password (if you have already logged in).
3. If you have already created an account and are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Logout from the drop-down menu.
4. If you don't have an account or haven't been logged in, click on Create Account and follow the instructions on screen.
If you've forgotten your password, click on Forgot Your Password? and enter your user name and email address. They will send you a new password reminder email. Once you've clicked on the link in that email, you'll be able to log in using your new password.

To change your address on the Nbn Portal, you need to login first.
To login to the Nbn Portal, click on the My Account button in the top right corner of the homepage. Once you are logged in, click on the Change Address link in the left sidebar.
You will then be able to enter your new address and confirm it. Once your address has been changed, you will need to login again to access your billing information and account settings.
How to Unblock Yourself from the Nbn Portal
If you have forgotten your login details for the Nbn Portal, or if you are having trouble accessing the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the 'Nbn Portal' website at www.nbnco.com.au.
2. Click on the 'Account' tab in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate boxes, and click on the 'Log In' button.
4. If you have not already done so, sign up for an account with NBN Co Ltd by clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you after you registered for an account with Nbn Co Ltd.
5. Once you are logged in, click on the 'My Account' tab in the top right corner of the screen.
6. Under 'My Services', click on 'NBN Portal'.
7. On the left-hand side of the screen, under 'Activities', click on 'Unblock Yourself'.
8. On thepage that opens, enter your unique 12-digit Nbn Passcode into the text box provided and click on the 'Submit' button.
