The Parent Portal is a secure website that allows parents to view grades, attendance, and student information as well as sign up for newsletters and alerts. How to Access the Portal
If you are a parent of a Napier Girls High School student, you can access the Portal to register for classes, view your child's progress, and more. To login to the Portal, follow these steps: 1. Go to www.napiergirls.school.nz and sign in with your school account username and password. 2. Click on "Parent Portal" in the main menu bar at the top of the page. 3. Enter your login details and click "Log In". You will then be directed to the Parent Portal homepage where you can start exploring!
Login Instructions
If you have not already done so, please login to your Parent Portal at napier.ac.nz. To do this, please follow these instructions:
-Click on the "Parent Portal" link in the top right hand corner of the homepage
-Log in with your ACN username and password (these can be found on your student or staff email)
-Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your children's information including their current term and date, their grades and achievement levels, any suspensions or exclusions they may have and the dates of any upcoming school events. You can also access reports on individual children which include information such as attendance and punctuality rates.

1. Go to http://www.napiergirlshs.school.nz and enter your student’s ID number in the ‘Find My Student’ box on the left-hand side of the screen.
