How to login to Myupdox Patient Portal
If you are a patient, you can login to the Myupdox Patient Portal using your username and password. If you have not logged into the portal before, please follow these instructions:
Log in to the portal by entering your user name and password in the login form below. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgotten Your Password?" link in the upper right corner of the portal. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources on the portal.
How to create an account
If you are new to Myupdox, or have not used their patient portal in the past, we recommend that you create an account. To create an account:
1. Click on the "Myupdox Patient Portal" logo on the top right hand corner of this page.
2. In the "Account Creation" box, enter your name, email address and password (or click on "Create Account" to generate a new password).
3. Click on the "Login" button to log in to your account.
How to find your Myupdox Patient ID
In order to login to your Myupdox Patient Portal, you will need to find your Myupdox Patient ID. This can be found on the Myupdox Patient Portal home screen, on the top right corner of the screen (Figure 1).
Once you have located your Myupdox Patient ID, you will need to enter it into the login form on the Myupdox Patient Portal home screen. You will then be able to access all of your account information and medication logs (Figure 2).
How to find your Myupdox Password
If you forgot your Myupdox password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Myupdox Patient Portal.
2. Click “Forgot Password?” in the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided, and click “Submit”.
4. You will receive an email notification confirming that your password has been reset.
How to change your Myupdox Password
If you have forgotten your Myupdox password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to your account at myupdox.com.
2. Click the "My Account" link on the top navigation bar.
3. Under "My Profile," click the "Password Change" link.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click the "Change Password" button.
5. You will now be prompted to confirm your new password by clicking the "Confirm New Password" button.
6. Click the "Log Out" button at the bottom of the page to log out of your account and finish changing your password.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps to reset it:
1. Log in to Myupdox Patient Portal using your email address and password.
2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the login bar at the top of the page.
3. Enter your email address and new password into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Reset Password" button.
4. You will be sent an email with a link to update your password in case you forget it again.
How to dispute a charge on your Myupdox account
If you believe that you have been charged for services that you did not receive, or if you believe that the charges are incorrect, dispute the charge through Myupdox's patient portal.

To login to Myupdox's patient portal, go to https://myupdox.com/login and sign in with your Myupdox account information.
Once you are logged in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Disputes" link on the top right of the page.
2. On the Dispute Charges screen, find the charge that you want to dispute and click on it.
3. On the next screen, you will be able to review the details of the charge and decide whether or not you want to dispute it. If you decide to dispute the charge, click on the "Dispute" button below it.
4. After you submit your dispute, Myupdox will review it and either confirm or deny it. If your dispute is confirmed, Myupdox will refund your payment immediately.
How to view your account information
To view your account information, please follow these steps:
1. Go to myupdox.com and log in with your credentials.
2. Under "My Account" on the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a list of all of your accounts under the "My Updox" tab. The details of each account are listed beneath the tab.
3. To view information about a specific account, simply click on the account name to open the corresponding page. Here you can find out everything from your login credentials to your medication history.
