If you are having trouble logging into My Purdue Portal, follow these steps to login:
1. Click on the "For Students" tab in the navigation bar at the top of the portal.
2. In the "For Students" tab, click on "Login."
3. Enter your My Purdue Portal username and password.
4. Click on "Log In."
5. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact My Purdue Portal support at 765-494-2433 or via chat at myportal.purdue.edu (select "Help & Support" from the menu and enter "support").

If you have forgotten your My Purdue Portal username or password, follow these steps to login:
1. Click the Login link on the top right corner of the My Purdue Portal home page.
2. Type in your My Purdue Portal username and password into the appropriate fields and hit Enter. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will need to also enter your one-time code from your security token.
3. You will be logged in to your My Purdue Portal account!
How to change your My Purdue Portal Username and Password
To change your My Purdue Portal Username and Password, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the My Purdue Portal link in the left column of the Purdue OWL homepage.
2. On the My Purdue Portal page, click on Account Settings in the top left corner.
3. On the Account Settings page, click on Login in the top right corner.
4. Enter your desired Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click on Update.
How to reset your My Purdue Portal Password
If you haven't done so already, please reset your password. Click on the login link in the top left corner of the My Purdue Portal home screen and enter your current password. If you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to reset it:
1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the top right corner of the My Purdue Portal home screen.
2. Enter your current password (case sensitive) and click on "Reset Password."
3. You will be asked to confirm your new password. Click on "Confirm."
How to troubleshoot common issues with My Purdue Portal
1. Verify that you are using the correct username and password.
2. Try logging out and logging back in to My Purdue Portal.
