How to Create an Account

If you are a new patient or have not logged in before, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.myhealthinfo.org and enter your name and email address in the login box.
2. Click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you have an existing account, click on the "Login" button next to your name.
4. Enter your password and click on the "Log In" button.
How to Edit Your Health Information
If you’ve ever been curious about how your health information looks on Myhealthinfo, this is the blog for you! In this post, we’ll show you how to login and edit your health information.
First, go to the Myhealthinfo Patient Portal homepage: https://myhealthinfo.ca/patients/login/. Once there, enter your email address and password. You’ll be taken to the Dashboard page.
On the Dashboard page, click on the Login link in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a new page where you can enter your name and email address again. You’ll then be asked to choose a user role: Registered User, Guest User or MyHealthInfo Admin User. If you are not registered yet, register now at https://myhealthinfo.ca/register/. After you have logged in, you will see the following screen:
The first thing you want to do is change your user name. To do this, click on the Profile link in the top right corner of the screen, and then enter a new name in the User Name field. Click on Update Profile. Your changes
How to Delete Your Health Information
If you’d like to delete your personal health information from the Myhealthinfo Patient Portal, there are a few steps you can take.
First, log into the Myhealthinfo Patient Portal through your email address and password. Once you’re logged in, click on the “Profile” tab at the top of the page.
Next, click on the “My Health Information” button in the upper right corner of the Profile tab.
On the My Health Information page, click on the “Delete Profile” button in the lower left corner.
Enter your confirmation code in the “Confirm Profile Delete” field and click on the “Delete Profile” button.
Your personal health information will be permanently removed from the Myhealthinfo Patient Portal.
How to Report a Problem
If you have a problem logging in or using the MyHealthinfo Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. First, make sure that you are using the latest version of the MyHealthinfo Patient Portal. If you are not using the latest version, please click here to download and install the latest version.
2. If you still cannot log in or use the MyHealthinfo Patient Portal, please try one of these troubleshooting tips:
- Reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen and following the instructions provided.
- If you have forgotten your username, please click on "Forgot Your Username?" on the login screen and enter your email address as your new username. You will then be able to log in using this email address.
- If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address as your new password and then click on "Forgot Your Password?" on the login screen to receive instructions for resetting your password.
