How to Login to Myge Customer Portal
If you're new to Myge, or if you've forgotten your password, you can login to your account using the official Myge customer portal. To login, first make sure you have the latest version of the Myge software installed on your computer. If you don't have the latest version, you can download it from their website. Once you have installed the latest version of Myge, click on the "Home" tab in the main window and then click on "Login."
In the login screen, enter your username (usually your email address) and password. If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your old username and password in the corresponding fields. Click on "Log In."
If everything goes well, you'll be taken to the main Myge screen where you'll see all of your recent activity. You can also access many of their features by clicking on any of the tabs at the top of the screen. For example, if you want to manage your appointments or contacts, click on "Manage Appointments & Contacts."

Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your Myge password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to your account at www.myge.com/account.
2. Click on “My Profile” on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the “Password & Security” section and click on the link next to “Forgotten Password?”
4. Enter your email address in the “Email Address” field and click on “Create Account”.
5. In the new window that opens, enter your new password in the “New Password” field and click on “Update Profile”.
Add an Account
To create a new Myge account, click the "Create an Account" link on the Myge home page.
You'll be asked to provide your name, email address, and password. After you've completed these fields, click the "Create Account" button.
You'll be taken to the Myge account login page. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click the "Login" button. You're now ready to start using Myge!
Manage Your Orders
There are a few ways to login to your Myge Customer Portal:
- If you have an account with Myge, enter your email address and password in the login fields on the home page.
- If you do not have an account with Myge, you can create one by clicking on the link in the footer of this page. Once you have logged in, click on the Myge logo in the top left corner of the screen to access your Orders.
- If you are having trouble logging in, please contact customer service at 1-855-MYGE (1-855-694-3233).
Cancel or Return an Order
If you need to cancel or return an order, please follow these instructions:
Login to your Myge account. Click on Order History in the menu on the left. Select the order you want to manage. On the right, click on Actions. Under Cancel or Return an Order, click on the appropriate button. Follow the instructions on screen.
Change Your Shipping Address
If you have ever shopped online, you know that one of the best parts is being able to check out and complete your purchase without having to speak to a salesperson. With online shopping, customers can view product information, reviews and ratings, and make purchases without ever having to leave their homes. However, what if you need to change your shipping address?
If you are located in the United States, you may use Myge Customer Portal to easily update your shipping address.
To access Myge Customer Portal, sign in on your account page and click on "My Account" in the top left corner. From here, click on "My Orders" in the top left corner of the screen. Under "My Orders," select your order from the list and click on "Edit Order." Next, under "Order Details" near the bottom of the screen, click on "Change Shipping Address." Enter your new address in the appropriate field and click on "Submit." Your changes will be automatically reflected in all future orders you place with Myge.
View your Bill History
If you are new to Myge, we recommend that you create an account and login to view your bill history. By logging in, you can see when and how much your services were used, as well as any recent changes to your service or billing information.
To login:
1. Visit the Myge website at www.myge.com.
2. In the top right corner of the homepage, click on “My Account”.
3. Enter your email and password, and click on “Log In”.

Contact Myge
If you have forgotten your Myge login credentials, or if you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
Log in to your Myge account at www.myge.com/login.
Click on the "Forgotten Password?" link in the Account Info section of your Myge account homepage. Enter your email address and click on the "Get Help" button to receive a new password sent to this email address.
