How to create a Waka Parent Portal account
If you're a parent of a Waka student and want to keep track of your child's school progress or access important school information, setting up a Waka Parent Portal account is the way to go!
To create a Waka Parent Portal account, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Waka account.
2. Click on the 'My Waka' tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Scroll down until you see the 'Parent Portal' section.
4. Click on the 'Create Account' button to create your account.
5. Enter your name, email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the 'Create Account' button to finish creating your account.
How to login to your Waka Parent Portal account
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these instructions:
1. Click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click “send request.”
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
How to manage your child's account on the Waka Parent Portal
If you have registered for a Waka Parent Portal account and have logged in, you are already managing your child's account. You can access various sections of the Parent Portal to manage your child's account, including: My Profile, Messages, Activities and More.
To manage your child's profile on the Parent Portal, log in and click on My Profile. You will see a list of all of your child's activities on the Waka site, as well as information about their current school. You can also view their latest messages and edit their profile information.
To manage your child's messages on the Parent Portal, log in and click on Messages. You will see all of your child's messages from the past 7 days. You can reply to messages and delete them if you want.
To manage your child's activities on the Parent Portal, log in and click on Activities. You will see all of your child's current activities on the Waka site. You can add new activities or edit existing ones.

How to report a problem with your child's account on the Waka Parent Portal
If you notice a problem with your child’s Waka account, you can report it through the parent portal. To login, first sign in to your account. Then, go to the “My Waka” section and select “Report a Problem.” You will need to provide information about the problem, such as what page your child was on when the issue occurred and what action you took. They will then use this information to investigate and take appropriate measures.
