How to create an account
If you are a current or former student at Texas A&M University, you are eligible to create an account on My Timesheet Portal.
To create an account, follow these steps:
1. Log into MyTimesheet Portal. If you are not already logged in, enter your user ID and password in the login fields at the top of the page.
2. Click the Accounts link in the left side navigation bar.
3. Click the New Account button on the right side of the Accounts page.
4. Fill out the necessary information: User ID (your TAMU ID number), First Name (your real name), Last Name (your last name), Email Address (the email address you registered with MyTimesheet Portal), and Password (the password you entered in step 1).
5. Click the Create Account button to finish creating your account.
6. You will be redirected to a confirmation page that asks you to confirm your account creation by clicking the Confirm Account Creation button.Click Confirm Account Creation to finish setting up your account.
How to login
If you have created a user account on the My Timesheet Portal, you can login to the portal by following these steps:
1. Log in to your My Timesheet Portal account by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the portal and then clicking on "Login."
2. Enter your username and password that you created when you signed up for an account on the portal.
3. Click on the "Login" button to log in.
4. If you are prompted to create a new user, click on the "Create a New User" button and follow the steps to create a new user account.
How to manage your timesheet
The timesheet portal is a great way to keep track of your work, progress, and overtime. When you first log in, you will be prompted to create an account. After you create an account, you will be able to manage your timesheet, view your progress, and submit your time report. Here are the steps on how to login and manage your timesheet:
1. Go to http://portal.mytimesheet.com/.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form.
3. You will be redirected to the main page of the portal.
4. In the left-hand column, click on My Timesheet Portal > Manage My Timesheet.
5. On the My Timesheet Portal > Manage My Timesheet page, you can see all of your current timesheets and information about each one (such as project name, date entered, and time worked). You can also add new timesheets or edit existing ones.
6. To submit your time report, click on Submit Time Report in the upper right-hand corner of the page. The submitted time report will be saved in your times

How to print your timesheet
If you have ever printed a timesheet from your online account, then you know that it is difficult to print the pages in their correct order. Timesheet Portal makes it easy to print your timesheet by providing a handy "Print in Order" button on the main timesheet page.
To print your timesheet:
1. Log in to your online account.
2. Click the "Print in Order" button on the main timesheet page.
3. Select the pages you want to print and click the "Print" button.
How to post your timesheet
Login to your timesheet portal:
1. Go to http://mytimesheet.com/login.aspx
2. Enter your user name and password (or create a new account if you don't have one yet).
3. Click the "Log In" button. Note: If you are not automatically logged in, you will be prompted to log in after you submit your timesheet for review.
4. Click the "My Timesheet" tab at the top of the page, and then click the "Post a Timesheet" link under the My Timesheet heading.
5. In the "Timesheet Title" field, enter the title of your timesheet. In the "Description" field, enter a brief description of what your timesheet covers. In the "Due Date" field, enter the due date of your timesheet. In the "Status" field, enter one of the following values: complete - Your timesheet has been completed and is ready for submission to their reviewers

How to view your payslip
To view your payslip, you will need to login to your portal account. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "My Timesheet Portal" section of your portal account.
2. In the "Payslip" tab, you will be able to view your payslip and any deductions that have been made from it.
