How to Login to My Portal Pay
If you haven't already, please create an account on My Portal Pay. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to login:
1) Click on the "My Portal Pay" logo in the top right corner of your screen.
2) On the following page, click on "Login".
3) Enter your email address and password in the appropriate boxes and click on "Login".
4) You will now be taken to a page that says "Your Portal Pay is Ready!". Click on the link in this message to login.
5) If you have not received this message, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot login, please contact their support team at [email protected] for assistance.
How to Access Your Account Settings
To access your account settings, please log in to your Portal Pay account using the login credentials that you received when you registered for Portal Pay. After logging in, you will see the Account Settings page. From here, you can update your account information, view your transaction history, and more.
How to Change Your Password
If you forget your password, or if you want to change it, you can do so through the Portal Pay Admin login. To login to your Portal Pay account, follow these steps:
1. Go to portalpay.com and sign in.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, under "My Account," click "Login."
3. Enter your email address and password into the fields, and click "Log In."
4. On the next page, under "My Account Settings," click "Change Password."
5. Enter your new password into the field, and click "Update Password."
How to Report a Security Issue
If you have a Portal Pay admin login, and you notice an issue with the site, you can report it to us by logging in to your account and clicking on "My Portal Pay Admin Login" on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, you can fill out the form and send it along with any relevant information to [email protected].
