If you haven't already, you'll want to create a portal account to get started with the My Account functionality. Once you have an account, follow these simple instructions to login:
How to create a new Portal account
If you are not a current Portal user, create a new account now. Log in to your account to continue reading.
1. From the home screen, select "Portal."
2. In the top left corner of the Portal screen, select "Create New Account."
3. Enter your name and email address in the fields provided, and click "Next."
4. On the next screen, you will be asked to provide your password. Make sure that you have entered it correctly in the previous step, and click "Next."
5. On the final screen of the account creation process, click "Done." You will now be redirected to your new Portal account!
How to login to your Portal account
To login to your Portal account, please follow these steps:
-Open your web browser and go to portal.tsinghua.edu.cn
-In the address bar, type “http://portal.tsinghua.edu.cn” and press Enter
-On the main page of the Portal, click on the “Login” link in the top right corner
-Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the “Log In” button
-You will be redirected to a page where you can see your current account status and activity logs
How to adjust your privacy settings
If you want to change which pages are shared with friends, or hide certain posts from search engines, you can do so in your portal account's Settings.
1. Go to your portal account's Settings page.
2. On the left-hand side, under "Personalization", click on "Privacy."
3. On the right-hand side, under "Posting Options," select the options that you want to apply to this blog. For example, if you want to hide certain posts from search engines, select "Hide from Search." You can also choose to share certain posts with friends by selecting "Share this Post." Finally, you can adjust the privacy settings for individual pages by selecting "Page Privacy."
How to report a problem with your Portal account
If you're experiencing a problem with your Portal account, you can report it by clicking the "Report a problem" link on the My Portal Account page. We'll take a look and get right on it.
How to delete your Portal account
If you decide that you no longer want to use your Portal account, you can delete it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Portal account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab.
3. Under "Your Account Profile," click the "Delete My Account" link.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the deletion process.
