To login, click on the "My Office" tab at the top of the page and enter your login information. You will then be able to view your appointments, as well as contact them if you have any questions.
How to update your contact information
If you have ever changed your contact information on My Office Patient Portal, you know it can be a pain to do so. Here is how to update your information fast and easily:
1. Log into the My Office Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the "My Account" area, click on "Contact Info."
4. On the "Contact Info" page, enter your new contact information in the appropriate fields.
5. Click on "Update Profile."
How to cancel or reschedule an appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please login to your patient portal and follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Profile" tab in the patient portal.
2. On the My Profile tab, click on "Appointments."
3. On the Appointments page, find the appointment you want to cancel or reschedule and click on it.
4. On the Appointment Details page, under "Cancellation Options" click on "Cancel Appointment."
5. Click on "Reschedule Appointment" and fill out the information needed for your new appointment. You can also choose to have the appointment reminder sent to your email address.
How to view medications you have been taking
If you have been taking any medications during your appointment, you can view a list of them on their office patient portal. To access the patient portal, sign in with your credentials and click on "My Office". Then, under "Medications", select the month for which you would like to see a list of medications. You can also filter this list by medication type and brand.
How to print out a prescription
If you have a prescription you can print it out on your computer. To do this, open the website that provides your prescription and sign in. On the main page, click on the "My Prescriptions" tab. Next, select the "Print prescriptions" option. You will need to provide your login information if you are not already logged in. Then, click on the "Print" button.
How to schedule a follow-up appointment
To schedule a follow-up appointment with your patient portal, follow these steps:
1. Login to your patient portal.
2. On the left side of the screen, under "My Office," click on "Schedule Appointments."
3. On the right side of the screen, enter the date and time of your desired appointment.
4. Click on "Next."
5. On the right side of the screen, under "What would you like to discuss?" select "Follow-Up."
6. Under "When would you like this appointment?" select a date and time that is convenient for both you and your patient.
7. Click on "Next."
8. On the right side of the screen, review your appointment details and click on "Confirm."
9. Your patient will receive an email notification about your appointment and can either accept or decline it at that time.
