Mu Portal is a social media management tool that allows users to manage their social media accounts from one platform. In this tutorial, we will show you how to login to Mu Portal and start managing your social media accounts.
How to login my Mu Portal
In order to login to your Mu Portal account, you will need to provide the following information:
1. Your username (e.g. "username")
2. Your password (e.g. "password")
3. Your email address (optional, but highly recommended)
4. A unique security code sent to your email address when you registered for your account (optional, but highly recommended)
How to add a new contact
If you have a Mu Portal account, you can easily add a new contact. To add a contact, follow these steps:
1. In the left navigation panel, click Contacts.
2. Click Add New Contact.
3. Enter the contact information in the fields provided, and click Save.
How to delete a contact
To delete a contact from your Mu portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Contacts page of your Mu portal.
2. Select the contact you want to delete.
3. Click the trash can icon next to the contact's name.
4. The contact will be deleted from your Mu portal.
How to send a message
To send a message on My Mu Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the messaging panel and click on themessage you want to send.
2. In the message panel, enter your recipient's name and email address, and then click send.
Your message will be sent immediately and will appear in your recipient's inbox.
How to respond to a message
If you receive a message on your Mu portal, there are a few things you can do to respond.
- Click on the message to open it in a new window.
- If the message is a notification, like a new comment or likes, you will see a blue "Notification" button next to the message. Click on that to open the notification in a new window.
- If the message is an email, click on the email address in the header to open it in a new window.
How to block a contact
If you want to block a contact on your Mu Portal, you can do so by following these steps:
1. On the main screen of your Mu Portal, click on the Contacts tab.
2. In the list of contacts, select the contact you want to block.
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, under Blocking Options, click on Block Contact.
4. A warning will be displayed confirming that this will remove access to this contact from all your devices and accounts connected to your Mu Portal. Click on Block Contact to continue.
5. The contact will now be blocked from using your Mu Portal and any associated devices and accounts.
How to view your messages
If you are a registered user of My Mu Portal, logging in will automatically redirect you to your messages. If you are not a registered user of My Mu Portal, then logging in will take you to the homepage. You can also visit their login page by clicking on the login link at the top of any page on their website.
To view your messages, click on the message icon located in the top right corner of the homepage or inside each message. This will open a new window containing all of your recent messages.
