-Via the website: Click on the "Account" link on the top navigation bar and select "Update Account Info." This will take you to a form where you can enter your name and email address. Click on the "Update Account Info." button at the bottom of the page to continue.

-Via phone: If you would like to update your account information by phone, please call (703) 992-9216 and leave a message requesting that your login information be updated. A customer service representative will return your call as soon as possible.
How to cancel your Ltfs account
