How to login to your Housing Customer Portal
If you have never logged in to your Housing Customer Portal, please follow these steps:
-Click on the logo that looks like a house below the blog header.
-Enter your name and email address in the fields below.
-Click on the “Login” button.
-You will be taken to a login screen where you can enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link at the bottom of the login screen and follow the instructions there.

To access your account information, please click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. On this tab, you will find information about your account including your active subscriptions, contact information, and housing data. You can also manage your account preferences and review recent activity on your portal.
How to find your account number
If you don't have an account number, please contact your housing provider.
1) Log-in using your email address and password.
2) Click on the "My Housing" tab in the top left corner of the page.
3) Click on "My Account" in the menu on the right.
4) Enter your account number in the "Account Number" field and click "Submit".
5) You will now be taken to your account details.
How to change your password
If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1) Click the login link in the upper right corner of the home page.
2) Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click continue.
3) Your new password will be sent to the address you provided. Be sure to keep this information safe, as you will need it to log back into your account.
How to access your account
To access your account, please login below. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address and we will send you a new login password. If you do not have an email address associated with your account, please contact customer service for assistance.
How to report a problem with your tenancy
If you have a problem with your tenancy, you can use their customer portal to report it.
To login to the customer portal, go to their website and sign in. Then, click the ‘My Housing’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen. On the My Housing page, click ‘Your Tenancy’. On the Your Tenancy page, click ‘Report a problem’. In the ‘What kind of problem?’ field, type in ‘Tenancy issue’. In the ‘What happened?’ field, type in as much information as you can about what happened. In the ‘How would you like us to help?’ field, choose one of the options below. If you want us to investigate your tenancy and take any necessary action, choose ‘Investigate and take appropriate action’. If you just want us to inform you about what we are doing and how things are going, choose ‘Inform me about actions taken and progress’. If you just want us to tell you which government department your tenancy is with, choose ‘Tenancy information’. Click ‘Submit report’
How to dispute a rent payment
If you have a dispute with your housing customer portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your customer portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under "Rent Disputes", click on "Create New Dispute".
4. Enter all of the information that you have about your dispute, including the date and time of the incident, what happened, and who was involved.
5. Click on "Submit Dispute".
6. You will receive a response from the customer portal within 30 days. If you do not receive a response within 30 days, please contact Housing Support at 617-253-4000 or email [email protected] for more help.
How to request maintenance or repairs
If you have a maintenance or repair request, you can login to your housing customer portal and submit your request. You will need to provide your customer number, the issue you are experiencing, and when you would like the service to start.
How to ensure your tenancy is safe and secure
If you're a tenant in one of their properties, you can use their housing customer portal to manage your tenancy and make sure it's safe and secure. The portal lets you view your account, pay your rent, report any problems, and more. Here's how to login:
1. Go to https://portal.housingcorp.com.au/.
2. Enter your unique login ID and password.
3. Click the "My Tenancy" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
4. You'll see all of your information, including your monthly rent and estimated rent payments. You can also view important notes about your tenancy, such as whether there are any repairs needed or what notice you need to give if you want to leave early.
5. To manage your tenancy, click on the "Manage my tenancy" link in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will take you to a list of tools that let you: pay your rent online, report a problem with your property, change your locks or contact them if there is a problem with your tenancy.
