How to login to My Health One Portal
If you have not already signed up for My Health One, the first step is to create an account. Once you have created your account, you will need to login in order to access the portal. To login, follow these steps:
1) On your computer, open the My Health One website.

1. Navigate to the "My Profile" page. Here, you will find information on your name, contact information, health records, medications and more. You can also access your health records and see a list of all of your medications by clicking on the "Medications" tab.
2. Under the "Health Records" tab, you will find a list of all of your health records - including lab results, x-rays and more. You can also add new health records or update existing ones by clicking on the "Add New Record" button or selecting an existing record from the list and clicking on the "Update Record" button.

How to manage your health records in My Health One Portal
If you have a My Health One account, you can use the My Health One Portal to manage your health records. You can access your health records from any device with internet access. The My Health One Portal is free and easy to use.
To login to the My Health One Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to myhealthone.com and sign in.
2. On the left side of the screen, click View My Profile.
3. Under Accounts and Services, click My Health One Portal.
4. Enter your user name and password in the fields at the top of the page.
5. Click Login. If you have multiple accounts, select which account to login with from the drop-down menu next to User Name.
6. Review your privacy settings and click Continue.
7. On the Home page, under My Health Records, click New Record or Edit Record.
8. Enter your information in the fields on the page, and click Save Changes .
