How to Login to My Health First Patient Portal
If you are a My Health First patient, you can access your Patient Portal using the following steps:
1. Navigate to www.myhealthfirst.com.
2. In the upper right corner, click on βMy Accountβ and then click on βPatient Portalβ in the menu that pops up.
3. Enter your Patient ID number (which is located on your medical information card) and password in the corresponding fields and click on βLogin.β
4. You will be taken to the login page, where you can enter your email address and password if you have registered for an account. If not, simply enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click on βLogin.β
5. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. From here, you can access all of your account information, including medications, health records, appointments, messages from their team, and more!
Logging In for the First Time
If you have not yet created a My Health First account, you can create one now by clicking on the link in the banner at the top of the page. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Profile" tab on the left side of the screen to access your account information.
To log in to your account:

2. Log in with your email address and password.
3. If you have multiple accounts, select which account you would like to use from the drop-down menu under "Account Type."
4. Click on "Sign In." The login screen will appear.
5. Type in your name and hit enter. A confirmation message will appear telling you that your profile has been updated.
