As an RN, one of your most important jobs is caring for patients. That includes creating a patient portal where patients can easily access their healthcare records, track their medications, and more. In this article, we'll show you how to create a patient portal with My Dr Now!
How to create an account
If you are not a patient of Dr. Geojit Sircar, you can sign up to become one on his patient portal. To create an account, click the "Create an Account" link on the top right hand corner of the main page. You will be asked to enter your name and email address. You will then be given the option to create a password. You can also choose to have Dr. Sircar contact you automatically when new information is added to the portal or when there is a change in your medical record.
How to login
If you are a new patient or have not logged in to your Dr Now Patient Portal in a while, you can login here: https://my.drnow.com/login/.
How to contact your doctor
If you need to contact your doctor, there are a few different ways you can do so. The easiest way is to use the My Dr Now Patient Portal. After logging in, you'll be able to find all of your doctor's contact information on the main page. You can also call their office directly using the toll-free number on the main page.
How to track your health information
If you're like most people, you probably have a ton of health information spread out across multiple websites and apps. And with the proliferation of wearable devices and home health monitors, it's even more important to have a centralized place to track your health data.
To make things easier, My Dr Now created its patient portal. The portal lets you access all your health information in one place, so you can see what's going on with your overall health and make informed decisions about your care.
To get started, first login to your My Dr Now account. Once you're logged in, click on the "My Health" tab on the left side of the page. This will take you to a list of all your accounts with My Dr Now. Click on the account that has the health information you want to view:
After clicking on the account, you'll see a list of all your medical records:
You can browse through each record individually or use the search bar at the top of the page to find exactly what you're looking for. If you'd like to add or edit any of your records, click on the "My Health" tab again and select "My Records." From here, you can edit
