Welcome to the My Acsd Student Portal! This website is designed to help students access their academic records, course schedules, and other important information. To access these resources, you will need to login first. To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the "Log In" button to confirm your login information.
How to login to your Acsd student portal
If you are new to the Acsd student portal, or if you have forgotten your login information, follow these steps to retrieve it.:
1. Click on the “Log In” link located in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link and enter your username and email address in the appropriate fields. A new password will be emailed to you.
How to find your Acsd ID and password
If you have forgotten your Acsd ID or password, follow these steps to find them:
1. Log in to your Acsd account on the web at acsd.org.
2. Click on "Your Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the "Your Account Info" box, click on "Password Recovery."
4. Enter your email address and click on "Recover Password."
5. A new window will open with your Acsd ID and password in it. If you don't remember your Acsd ID, enter your email address into the "Acsd ID" field and click on "Recover Password." If you don't remember your password, enter the email address associated with your Acsd account into the "Acsd ID" field and click on "Forgot Password?" You will then be prompted to enter your new password.
How to change your Acsd ID and password
If you have forgotten your Acsd ID or password, you can reset them both on the portal. To change your Acsd ID, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the portal at https://acsd.berkeley.edu/.
2. Under “My Account,” click “Account Settings” on the left side of the screen.
3. In the “Account Settings” window, click “Profile” on the left side of the screen.
4. In the “Profile” window, under “Personal Information,” click “Change Password.”
5. Enter your current Acsd ID and new password in the appropriate fields and click “Update Profile.”
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you would like to unsubscribe from notifications, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your Acsd account
2. Click on the "Notifications" tab in the left-hand column
3. Uncheck the box next to any notifications you do not want to receive
4. Click on the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page
5. Scroll down to the "Unsubscribe" section and enter your email address in the "Unsubscribe from this notification" field and click on the "Submit" button
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to your Acsd student portal, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Acsd student portal.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the My Account section, click on “Report a Problem”.
4. In the “Report a Problem” form, provide as much information as possible about your issue. For example, describe what you were trying to do when you encountered the problem, what browser and operating system you are using, and what steps you followed to try to resolve it.
5. Click “Submit Report” to send your report to Acsd.
