How to login to the Ido Portal
If you are new to the Ido Portal, or if you have forgotten your login information, follow these instructions to get back into the system.
First, launch the Ido Portal by clicking on the icon that looks like a blue gear in your web browser.
Note: If you do not see this icon, you may need to install the Ido Portal extension for your web browser. Once you have opened the portal, click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the screen.
You will be taken to a new page where you can enter your username and password.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on “Forgot Your Password?” in the upper right corner of the Login Page and enter your email address in order to receive a temporary password sent to that address. You will need this password in order to log in again later.
