It's that time of year again - registration is gearing up for your children's upcoming school year. And, of course, you're going to need to login to the Parent Portal to make all the necessary adjustments (changing grades, adding/removing students, etc). Here's a guide on how to do just that!
How to sign up for an account
Creating an account on the Mount Aspiring College Parent Portal is easy and free. You can sign up for an account by clicking the “sign up now” button below or by visiting the website at www.mta.ac.nz. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access all of the resources and information available on their website. Here are some tips to help you get started:
1. To create a new account, click the “sign up now” button below or visit www.mta.ac.nz. If you have an existing Mt A student email address, you can enter it in the “username” field and then click “continue”. If you do not have a Mt A student email address, you can enter your name and email address in the “username” and “email” fields respectively and click “continue”.
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click “submit” to create your account. You will receive an email confirmation with your username and password details. Please make sure that you remember your username and password as you will need to use
How to login to your account
To login to your account on the Mount Aspiring College Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link on the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields, and click "Login."
3. You will be taken to a page displaying all of your account information.
How to change your password
To change your password, log in to your account and click "My Account" on the top right corner of the homepage. From there, click "Change Password." You'll be asked to enter your current password and a new one. Make sure you remember the new password because you'll need to enter it each time you want to access your account.

How to report a problem with your account
If you experience a problem with your account, you can login to the portal and submit a request for help. Here are instructions on how to login:
1. Go to the college Parent Portal at https://www.mtascopeland.ca/parent-portal/.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address in the “How did you become a registered user?” field. Your email address will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
4. Click “Login” to begin using the portal.
