What is the Monash Portal?
The Monash Portal is a website that provides students and staff with online access to their records, transcripts, course load information and more.
How to Login to the Monash Portal:
To login to the Monash Portal, you will need your Username ([email protected]) and Password (password). You can find out your Username and Password by logging into MyMonash (https://mymonash.monash.edu.au/) or by visiting the login page on the Monash Portal (https://portal.monash.edu.au/login).
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the MyMonash page where you can find your Username and Password under ‘My Profile’. To login to the Monash Portal, simply enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields on the login page. If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please visit their Lost Your Password page (https://portal.monash.edu.au/lost-your-password/) for instructions on how to reset them.

If you are a Monash University student, staff or faculty member, you can login to the Monash Portal using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact the IT Support Office.
