If you are an employee of Monash Health, you will need to login to access certain resources on their website. This guide explains how to do this, and includes instructions for logging in using your work email address or your personal password. If you have any questions about logging in, please contact them.
How to Log In
If you have not already registered for an account on the Monash Health Staff Portal, please do so now.
To log in to the Staff Portal, please click on the link in the email that you received when you registered.
Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the main menu. On the left hand side of this menu is a section entitled "My Account". This is where you will find all of your account information including your password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link that says "Forgot Password?". You will be asked to enter your username and password and then you will be able to log in to the Staff Portal.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, you can do so through the Monash Health Staff Portal. To login, click on the link in the top right corner of any page, and then enter your username and password.
How to Access your Monash Health Staff Portal
If you have an account with Monash Health, you can login to your Staff Portal to manage your work and personal files. To login, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the Login link in the top left corner of the Staff Portal.
2. Enter your login name and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click Sign In.
MyMonash Health Profile
If you are a Monash Health staff member, you can login to the Staff Portal to manage your personal information and work profiles.
To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Monash Health Staff Portal using your staff username and password.
2. In the menus on the left-hand side of the screen, select My Profile. You will need to provide your full name and staff ID number (if you have one).
3. Review your personal information and work profiles, and make any changes that you require. You can also create or update work profiles for other members of your team.
MyMonash Health Record
In order to login to your Monash Health Staff Portal, you will need your User ID and Password. Your User ID is the same as the one that was assigned to you when you registered with Monash Health. Your Password is the same as the one that was assigned to you when you registered with Monash Health.
MyMonash Health App
How to Login to the MyMonash Health App:
If you have an account with the Monash Health system, you can login to the MyMonash Health App using your username and password. If you do not have an account with Monash Health, you can create one by following these steps:
1. Go to mymonashhealth.com.au and sign in.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "My Account."
3. Under "My Profile," click on "Login."
4. Enter your username and password, and click on "Log In."
5. You will now be taken to the MyMonash Health App login page. Enter your email address and password, and click on "Log In." You will be taken to the main MyMonash Health App page.
Creating a New Account
If you are a new Monash Health employee, or have not logged into the portal in a while, you will need to create an account. To create an account, follow these steps:
1. Go to the login page and click "Create Account".
2. Enter your name and email address in the fields provided and click "Create Account".
3. You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click "Confirm Account Creation" to create your account.
