Many students are unaware of how to login to the Mlcsu Staff Portal. In this article, we will show you how to login and access your staff profile.
How to login to the Mlcsu Staff Portal
Login to the Mlcsu Staff Portal by clicking the “Login” link in the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password and hit “Login.” You will be taken to the home page of the Staff Portal.
How to access your email account
Login to your email account through the Mlcsu Staff Portal. You will need your NetID and password.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or if you would like to change your password, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Mlcsu Staff Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the “My Profile” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click on “Change Password” under “My Profile Details”.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Update Profile” button.
How to add or delete staff members
If you need to add or delete staff members from your Mlcsu portal, here's how to do it:
1. Log in to your Mlcsu portal.
2. Click on the "Staff" tab at the top of the page.
3. Select the group or department you want to manage staff for.
4. Click on the "Members" tab at the top of the page.
5. Click on the "Add a Member" button next to the position you want to add or delete a staff member for.
6. Enter the new member's full name and email address into the appropriate fields, and click on "Save Changes."
7. If you need to delete a member from a group or department, just select that group or department from step 4, click on the "Delete Member" button next to the position you want to remove a staff member for, and follow the prompts.
How to sign in as a guest
If you're not already registered with the Mlcsu staff portal, you'll need to create an account first. To sign in as a guest, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Mlcsu staff portal at https://portal.mlcsu.edu/.
2. Click the "Login" link in the top left corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Sign In."
4. If you have an active MyMLCsu account, your username and password will be displayed next to each other in the "Sign In As" drop-down menu. If not, select "Guest" from the drop-down menu and enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields. You'll then be prompted to choose a password.
5. Click "Sign In." Your login status will now be displayed as "Guest."
Other ways to access the Mlcsu Staff Portal
The Mlcsu Staff Portal is a web-based system that allows users to manage their accounts, view their records, and access important information. There are a variety of ways to access the portal: through the MyLCSU website, by logging in with your MyLCSU username and password, or through the Mlcsu Staff Portal itself.
To log in to the Staff Portal, visit https://mcsunet.mylcsu.edu/staffportal/. Enter your MyLCSU username and password (or leave them both blank if you are already logged in) and click Login. If you have not registered for an account on the Staff Portal, you will be prompted to do so. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the main menu. The left menu panel shows all of your active records, while the right menu panel displays important folders and links related to your position at Mlcsu.
