Login to your Mirth Client Portal
To login to your Mirth Client Portal, click the login link in the top-right corner of the home screen. Enter your username and password, and hit the login button. You'll be taken to the main dashboard.
Create an Account
If you wish to create an account on the Mirth Client Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the “Login” link in the header of any page on the portal.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will now be taken to the login screen for your account. Please enter your first and last name in the appropriate fields and click on the “Submit” button.
4. Congratulations! Your account has been created and you can now begin using their fantastic portal!
Log In
The Mirth Client Portal is a web-based application that allows patients and their caregivers to monitor their medications, track their health data, and communicate with their healthcare team. In order to login to the Mirth Client Portal, you will need your patient ID (PIN) and password. You can find these details on your patient's medication label or in your account settings on the Mirth Client Portal.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main page of the Mirth Client Portal. On this page, you can find links to all of the different sections of the portal. The first tab on the main page is called "Medications". This tab contains a list of all of your medications, as well as information about each one. Change Your Password
To change your password, login to the Mirth Client Portal and select "My Profile" from the top menu. In the "Profile" tab, click on the "Change Password" link. Enter your current password in the "New Password" text field and click on the "Change Password" button. You will be prompted to confirm your new password before it is updated.
Sign Out
If you want to sign out of the Mirth Client Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the Sign Out link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click Sign Out.
