Login
If you are having trouble logging in to your Mini Connected Portal, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Mini Connected Portal app installed on your device. If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password by going to your mini connected portal account settings and clicking on “Reset Password.” If that doesn’t work, please contact customer service for help.
Change Password
If you forget your Mini Connected Portal login password, no worries! You can easily change it by following these simple steps:
1) From the main menu, select "Settings" and then "Login."
2) Enter your current Mini Connected Portal login name and password in the appropriate fields.
3) Click the "Change Password" button.
4) Enter your new Mini Connected Portal login name and password in the appropriate fields.
5) Click the "Save" button.
Reset Email Address
To reset your email address, click the "Log In" button on the mini-portal home page and enter your email address in the "User Name" field. Once you have logged in, click on the "Reset Email Address" link in the "My Account" section of the mini-portal. You will be prompted to enter your new email address.
Change Profile Picture
There is a new way to change your profile picture on the Mini Connected Portal. Just go to the My Profile tab and select a new picture. If you have a photo you want to use that is not in the gallery, you can upload it using the File Upload button.
Delete Account
If you have signed up for a Mini Connected Portal account and no longer need it, you can delete your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Mini Connected Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Under "Account Information," click on the link that says "Delete Account."
4. Enter your login information and click on the "Delete Account" button.
