Millennium Gynecology Patient Portal is a patient portal designed specifically for Millennium Healthcare, one of the nationβs largest healthcare systems. The Patient Portal allows patients to access their health records and make appointments online.
To access the Patient Portal, you first need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can login to it by clicking the βLoginβ button on the top right corner of the Patient Portal home page. To create an account, click the βCreate Accountβ button on the main homepage.
Once you have logged in, the first thing you will want to do is select your primary care provider (PCP). You can find your PCP by clicking on the βMy Providersβ tab on the left side of the Patient Portal home page and then selecting your PCP from the list. After you have selected your PCP, click on the βView Detailsβ button next to his or her name to view his or her details.

How to use the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a new way to access your health information. It's easy to use, and you can access it from any computer with internet access.
To use the Patient Portal, first sign in to your account on the Millennium website. You can do this by clicking on My Account in the main menu of the website, or by selecting My Profile from the drop-down menu at the top of most pages on Millennium websites.
Once you have logged in, click on the Patient Portal link in the left-hand column of the My Profile page. This will take you to a page where you can enter your name and email address. You will also be asked to choose a password. Make sure that you remember this password - you will need it to login to the Patient Portal later.
Now click on Login. This will take you to a page where you can enter your login credentials. The first part of your login credentials are your name (first and last) and your email address (again, just like when you registered for an account). The second part is your password - make sure that you remember this too!
