Mihs Patient Portal is the latest addition to the family of healthcare software. It's designed to make it easier for patients and their families to manage their health care information. How to Login to Mihs Patient Portal
If you are a patient and have been assigned a login ID, you can login to the Patient Portal using that ID.
If you are not a patient, or do not have a login ID, you can still explore the Patient Portal content by following these steps:
1. Go to https://mihs.com/patient-portal/.
2. Click the Login link in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided and click Login. (You will be prompted to create a new password if you don’t have one already.)
3. You will be taken to a page where you can explore the content of the Patient Portal.
How to Update Your Personal Information
To update your personal information, please login to the Mihs Patient Portal.
How to Request Medical Records
If you are a patient of Mihs and need to request medical records or need assistance in using their Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal. If you have not registered for the Patient Portal yet, you will need to do so first. Once you are logged in, click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
2. On the My Account page, click on "Request Medical Records." This will take you to a new page where you can enter your information and request your medical records. The Request Medical Records form is customizable, so you can include as much or as little information as you want. You can also attach any documents that support your request. After submitting your request, please allow up to 10 business days for Mihs to process and send your records.

How to Report a Problem
If you have a problem with the Mihs Patient Portal, you can report it by clicking on the "Report a Problem" link on the homepage.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to update your login information, please follow these instructions.
1. Navigate to the "My Account" page on the website.
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address in the "Enter Your Email Address" field and click on the "Create Password" button.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Create Password" button.
5. Click on "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of the page to log in to your account.
