Midtown Corpus Resident Portal is a web-based system for residents of Midtown Corpus Christi, TX. It provides access to account information, such as rent payments and account history, as well as the ability to make requests for service or report emergencies. In order to login to Midtown Corpus Resident Portal, you will need your name (first and last), your MIDTOWN CORPUS CHRISTI ID#, and your email address.
How to login to Midtown Corpus
To login to Midtown Corpus, please follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the Midtown Corpus home page and click on the "Login" tab located at the top of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button to complete the process.
3. You will now be able to access all of the resources available at Midtown Corpus!
How to use the Residents Portal
If you're new to Corpus, or didn't activate your account yet, now is the time to do it! The Residents Portal is a central location where you can manage all of your Corpus life - from building accounts and joining clubs to getting directions and finding information. Here's how to use the Residents Portal:
1. Log in with your Facebook or Google account. If you don't have a Facebook or Google account, create one now and log in with that. You'll need this information to log in later.
2. Go to the top right corner of the screen and click on the "Residents Portal" button (it looks like a green shield).
3. In the "Residents Portal" window, scroll down until you see "My Accounts." Click on that button to open the My Accounts page.
4. On the My Accounts page, click on the blue "Activate Your Account" button next to your name. This will activate your account and allow you to use all of the features of the Residents Portal.
5. If you have an existing Corpus Life account (from when you first activated your phone), just enter your email address
How to find your account details
If you have forgotten your login details or if you have not used your account for a while, you can find your account details on the Midtown Corpus Resident Portal. The following steps will help you find your account:
1. Log in to the Midtown Corpus Resident Portal using your email address and password.
2. Under My Account, click on the Edit Profile link.
3. On the Edit Profile page, click on the Login Details link under My Account Details.
4. Enter your email address and password, and click on the Login button to authenticate your account.
5. You will be taken to the My Accounts page, which shows all of your active accounts with the Midtown Corpus Residents' Association (MCRA).
6. Click on the name of an account to view its details, including your membership number and login date.
How to update your contact details
If you have not updated your contact details for the Midtown Corpus Resident Portal in the last 6 months, you will need to login and update your details. If you are a current resident of the Corpus, or have recently moved in, you can login and update your details here.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Midtown Corpus Resident Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on the "Change Password" link.
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Submit" button.
5. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Submit" button.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
To unsubscribe from notifications, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Notifications" tab on the homepage of the portal.
2. Under "How do I unsubscribe from notifications?" click on the link that says "Unsubscribe now."
3. You will be prompted to enter your email address and choose whether you want to be notified about content updates or new posts.
4. Click on the "Submit" button and you will be unsubscribed from all notifications.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging into the Midtown Corpus Resident Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader (version 9 or above) installed on your computer.
2. Log into the portal using your administrator username and password.
3. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to request a new password.
