Middlesbrough Council has a staff portal which provides employees with access to their personal information, including their email addresses and passwords. Employees can update their personal information by logging in to the portal and clicking on the 'My Profile' tab.

To login to the Council’s online services, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the ‘Login’ button at the top of any page. This will take you to the login screen.
2. Enter your name and email address into the appropriate fields, and click on the ‘Log In’ button. You will then be redirected to the main page of the service.
3. If you have not already done so,tick the box next to ‘I agree to Terms and Conditions’ and click on the ‘Okay’ button. This will take you to a confirmation message which you should tick if you want to continue using the service.
