How to login to Microsoft Intune Portal
To login to the Microsoft Intune Portal, open the web browser on your device and enter the following address: https://portal.microsoft.com
If you are not already logged in, click Sign In at the top of the screen.
Once you have logged in, click Administration at the top of the screen. Then click Portal Login in the left pane.
Enter your user name (typically your administrator account name) and password. If you have multiple accounts with Microsoft Intune, enter the account name that you use to manage your Intune settings. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Your Password? and then enter your email address so that we can send you a new password.
How to enable Two-factor Authentication on your Microsoft Intune Portal
Microsoft Intune provides a Two-factor Authentication feature that can be enabled on your portal. To enable Two-factor Authentication on your portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Microsoft Intune Portal.
2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
3. In the Settings window, click Two-factor authentication.
4. On the Two-factor authentication page, you will need to enter your Microsoft Intune account credentials and provide a phone number that you would like to receive text messages from (if you have configured two-factor authentication for SMS notifications). You will also be prompted to provide a code sent to your phone via text message. If you do not have two-factor authentication enabled on your Microsoft Intune Portal, you will not be able to log in using two-factor authentication methods.
How to enable App Security on your Microsoft Intune Portal
If you want to enable App Security on your Microsoft Intune Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal using your administrator credentials.
2. Click the Settings button in the header of the portal.
3. Scroll down and click App security.
4. On the App security page, click Enable app security.
5. On the Enable app security page, enter the passwords for your Microsoft Intune Portal and Active Directory domains, if applicable. (This information is stored in encrypted form.)
6. Click OK to confirm that you want to enable app security on your portal.
7. Click Save to save your changes and return to the App security page.
8. On the App security page, under Scope, select All devices in my organization or Select specific devices from my device list and then choose Enable app security for selected devices.
9. Enter the password for your Microsoft Intune Portal domain as well as any other required passwords and then click OK to enable app security on all devices in your organization or on specific devices you specify.
