Once you have created your account, you can access it by clicking on the "login" link in the main menu. Login credentials are also available on the Student Portal home page under "My Account."
How to Login to the Mhcc Student Portal
The Mhcc Student Portal is a website that allows students to access their academic information, grades, and other important details. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.mhcc.edu and sign in.
2. In the left-hand navigation bar, click on "My Account"
3. Under "Login," enter your student ID number and password.
4. Click "Log In."
5. On the main page of the Mhcc Student Portal, under "My Academics" click on "Student Records."
6. On the next page, under "Academics," select "Student Profile."
7. Under "Grades & Transcripts," click on "View My Transcripts."
8. Click on the tab for each semester you want to view your transcripts for (for example, Fall semester). You can also view transcripts for all semesters if you want to go back more than one year (see screenshot below).
How to Change your Password
If you have forgotten your Mhcc password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Go to the login page and enter your username and email address.
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your current password and click on the "Change Password" button.
4. You will be prompted to confirm your new password. Click on the "OK" button to finish changing your password.
How to Report a Problem with the Mhcc Student Portal
The Mhcc Student Portal is a web-based system that allows students to access their student account information, registration and billing information, and other campus resources.
If you experience a problem with the portal, please follow these steps to report the issue:
1. Log in to the portal at www.mhcc.edu/portal
2. Click on “Help” in the toolbar at the top of the page
3. From the drop-down menu next to “What type of problem do you have?”, select “Login Problems”
4. In the text box that appears, describe your problem, including which sections of the portal are not working and what you tried to do to fix the issue
5. Click on “Submit Problem” at the bottom of the page
6. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to submit your problem report. Click on “Submit” and your problem will be added to their queue for further review
How to Access your Records
If you have forgotten your Mhcc login, or need to retrieve your records, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Mhcc website at www.mhcc.org.
2. Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click “Login”.
4. On the “My Account” page, under “My Records”, you will see a list of all of your enrolled courses and certificates.
5. Click on any of the course or certificate entries to view more detailed information about that record, such as grades and notes.
