How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Metro Portal login password, there is a quick and easy way to change it. To change your password, first log in to your account by clicking on the "Metro Portal" link in the left-hand navigation bar of their website. Next, click on the "Account Settings" link in the menu that pops up. You'll see a page like this: Under "Password," type in your old password and new password (both of which should be at least 8 characters long). Click on the "Update Password" button to finish.
How to report a problem
To report a problem with the Metro Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Launch the Metro Portal and sign in.
2. Click on "Help" in the toolbar on the left side of the main window.
3. Select "Report a Problem."
4. In the "Problem Type" drop-down menu, select what type of problem you are experiencing.
