How to login to the Metro Ob Gyn Patient Portal
If you are a Metro Ob Gyn patient, you can login to the Patient Portal to view your medical records and see recent medical appointments. You can also communicate with your doctor and other patients through the Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to metroobgyn.com and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the top left corner of the home page.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields on thepage, and then click on "Log In."
3. You will be taken to a page where you can view your medical records, recent appointments, and messages from other patients.
How to find your health information
If you're new to Metro Ob Gyn, or if you've never used their patient portal before, here's how to find your way around:
1. Log in to the patient portal using your Metro Ob Gyn username and password. If you don't have a Metro Ob Gyn username and password, you can create one now.
2. In the main navigation bar, on the left side, click "My Profile."
3. In the "My Profile" section, under "Personal Information," click "Health History."
4. Under "Health History," click "View Recent Health Records." This will open up a list of all of your health records that have been uploaded to the patient portal so far. You can also access your health records by clicking on the link that says "My recent health records" in the main navigation bar on the left side of the page.

If you want to share your health information with another person, or if you need to make a change to your health information, go to "My Profile" and under "Personal Information" click on "Health Sharing Settings." You can then choose whether or not to share your health information with other people,
How to make a request for health information
If you are a Metro Ob Gyn patient and have concerns about your health, you can use the patient portal to make a request for health information. This guide will show you how to login and make a request.
How to update your health information
If you have health information that needs to be updated or added to your account, you can do so through the Metro Ob Gyn Patient Portal.
To access the Patient Portal, go to: www.metroobgyn.com/patient-portal/.
Login credentials are: first and last name, email address, password, and ZIP code.
Once logged in, click on "My Account" in the upper right corner of the page.
On the My Account page, click on "Update Profile" in the left column.
Enter your first and last name, email address, password, and ZIP code. Click on "Update Profile." You will then be taken to a screen that asks you to indicate whether you would like to update your medical record (yes/no), add a new medical record (yes/no), or change your contact information (yes/no). If you choose to add a new medical record or change your contact information, please provide your birth date and gender. Click on "Submit". Your updated information will be reflected on the My Account page within 48 hours.
