How to login to Meridian Provider Portal
If you are a Meridian Provider, you can log in to the Provider Portal to view your account information, manage your patient data, and more. Here's how to login:
1. Go to the Provider Portal (http://meridianproviderportal.com).
2. In the upper right corner, click the Login link.
3. Enter your username and password. If you have not registered with Meridian, type in your company name and email address instead of username and password. You will be prompted to confirm your registration with Meridian.
4. Click Login to finish logging in.
