Mercynet Portal is a free online portal that provides access to health information and services for residents of the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Mercynet Portal offers several ways to access your account. You can login using:
-Your Mercynet Portal Username and Password
-Your Mercynet Portal Email Address and Password
-Your Mercynet Portal User Name and Password (if you have registered for an account)
-An Online ID (a unique number assigned to you when you registered for an account)
If you have not registered for a Mercynet Portal account, or if your account has been cancelled or deleted, you can only login using your Mercynet Portal Username and Password.

How to Activate a Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your Mercynet Portal login information, there are several ways to activate your account. You can visit the Mercynet Portal website and enter your email address and password into the "Forgot Password?" form. You can also contact customer service through the Mercynet Portal website and provide them with your email address and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
