Meraki User Management Portal Overview
Meraki User Management Portal is a web-based system that administrators can use to manage and administer Meraki devices and users. To access the portal, visit meraki.com/usermanagement.
To create or login to your Meraki account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Meraki account at meraki.com. If you have not created an account, click Create an Account on the left sidebar of the portal.
2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the page, click Users and Groups. The Users and Groups page displays all of your Meraki user accounts, groups, and devices.
3. In the list of users, click the name of the user you want to access. The user's details appear in a new window.
4. To change a user's password, enter the user's email address in the Password field, choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters), and click Change Password. After you have confirmed your new password, click OK to save the changes to the user's account.
Meraki User Management Portal Login Process
If you are not already logged in to your Meraki account, please follow these instructions to login:
1. Click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
2. In the "Login Form" window, enter your Meraki login credentials (username and password).
3. Click on the "Sign In" button.
4. You will be taken to the main Meraki user management portal page.
5. In the top left corner, you will see a "Logout" link. Click on that to log out of your account.
Meraki User Management Portal Login Steps
To login to the Meraki User Management Portal, you will need your Meraki account credentials and your domain name or IP address.
1. Go to https://userportal.meraki.com/.
2. Log in with your Meraki account credentials.
3. Click the Login link in the header of the page.
4. Enter your domain name or IP address into the Login form field and click Submit.
5. You will be redirected to the user portal page for that domain or IP address.
6. Scroll down to find the Login section and enter your Meraki account credentials again.
7. Enter your password twice and click Verify Password.
8. Once you have logged in, you can see all of your Meraki accounts and settings for that domain or IP address on the left side of the page.

To login to the Meraki User Management Portal, you first need to identify your default account. To do this, open the Meraki User Management Portal and click on the Account link in the top left corner. This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address and password. If you have already logged into the portal using another account, this information will be pre-populated for you. You can also click on the sign in button in the top right corner to create a new account or use an existing account if you don’t have one already.
Meraki User Management Portal Forgotten Password Reset Process
If you have forgotten your Meraki login credentials, there is a process to reset them. To reset your password, follow these steps:
-Navigate to the Meraki User Management Portal at https://portal.meraki.com/.
-Select the user whose password you would like to reset from the User dropdown menu on the top left of the page.
-Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the page.
-Enter your email address in the Email field and click on the Reset Password button.
-Enter your new password in the New Password field and click on the Reset Password button.
-You will be redirected back to the User Management Portal page and your password will be updated with the newly entered information.
