How to login to the Memorial Medical Center Physician Portal
If you are a Memorial Medical Center physician and have not yet created an account on the Physician Portal, now is the time to do so. The Portal provides physicians with a single online point of access to their patient records, clinic appointments, prescribing information and more. Here are instructions on how to login to the Portal:
First, create an account by clicking on the "Create Account" link at the top of the Portal home page. This will take you to a form where you can provide your name, contact information and medical practice information. After you have completed this step, you will be directed to the "Log In" page. On this page, enter your user name and password (which you created when you created your account) into the appropriate fields and click "Log In." You will then be taken to the main Portal homepage.
How to add a new doctor or medical group
If you are a physician or medical group interested in adding your practice to the Memorial Medical Center Physician Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into the Portal using your User ID and Password.
2. Click on "My Practice" on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Select "Add a new doctor or medical group."
4. Complete the fields on the form and click submit.
Once your practice has been added to the Portal, you will be able to manage all of your patient records, view performance data, and more!
How to edit an existing doctor or medical group
If you have an account with Memorial Medical Center, you can edit your account information by logging in to the My Account portal. To log in, click the Log In link on the home page of the My Account portal. Enter your username and password, and click Log In. You will then be taken to the Doctor or Medical Group section of the My Account portal.
How to delete a doctor or medical group
Memorial Medical Center physician portal provides a way to delete a doctor or medical group. To delete a doctor, go to the main menu and select "Manage Physicians." On the Manage Physicians page, click on the blue "Edit" button next to the doctor's name. On the Edit Doctor Page, you will see the Delete Doctor button. Click on the Delete Doctor button and confirm your deletion by clicking on the "Yes" button. To delete a medical group, go to the main menu and select "Manage Groups." On the Manage Groups page, click on the blue "Edit" button next to the medical group's name. On the Edit Group Page, you will see the Delete Group button. Click on the Delete Group button and confirm your deletion by clicking on the "Yes" button.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it. If you have not logged in for more than 30 days, you will need to create a new login.
To create a new login, please enter your email address and password below. Once logged in, you can change your password at any time by clicking on the "My Account" link on the left hand toolbar and entering your current password into the "New Password" field.
