How to find your account
In order to login to Medscope Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to the "Login" tab on the home page of the portal.
2. In the "Login" tab, enter your username and password.
3. If you have not created a user profile on the portal, you will be prompted to do so now. Once you have logged in, you will see your account information below.
How to manage your account
To login to your Medscope Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Open the Medscope Portal.
2. Click on the My Account icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
4. If you have multiple accounts with Medscope Portal, click on the account name you wish to use in the list of Accounts displayed under My Account and enter your username and password in the respective fields.
5. You are now logged into your account!
How to report a problem
If you experience a problem with Medscope Portal, you can report the issue through their portal. To login and report a problem, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Type your username and password. If you have not registered for an account yet, you will be prompted to do so.
3. Click "Log In."
4. On the left side of the screen, under "My Account," click "Report a Problem."
5. Under "Issue Description," fill out as much information as possible about what happened. For example, if you were using Medscope Portal when the problem occurred, include details about what you were doing at the time. Be sure to include any screenshots or videos that may help us troubleshoot the issue.
6. If you can't solve the problem yourself, please provide as much information as possible about who else should be able to help solve it and where they can find the information they need to help solve it (for example, a URL for a support article).
How to unsubscribe from Medscope Portal
If you no longer wish to have notifications sent from the Medscope Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Go to the main menu and select "Notifications" from the drop down menu.
2. Select "Unsubscribe from all notifications" from the pop-up box that appears.
