1. Navigate to www.medicine.gov and enter your login credentials.
2. If you have not already done so, create a user name and password for your account. Click “Create an Account” to begin.
3. Enter your user name and password in the respective fields, and click “Log In” to log in to your account.
4. If you are a patient, caregiver, or health care professional, click “My Profile” on the left side of the screen to view your profile information and current medications. You can also edit or manage your profile information by clicking “Edit Profile” on the top of the page.

If you are not registered for the Medicine Application Portal, please click here to register. Once you have registered and logged in, follow these instructions to access the blog:
1. Click on "Blog Sections" in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click on "Medicine Application Portal."
3. Click on "Login."
4. Enter your username and password, and click on "Log In."
On the left side of the screen, select My Account.
