Medibank Pet Portal: How to login
If you're looking to login to your Medibank Pet Portal, you'll need your unique username and password. Here's how to get them:

Adding a new pet to your Medibank account is easy and straightforward. Here's how:

2. Click on the 'Add a new pet' link in the left-hand column.

4. Click 'Submit'. You'll be directed to a confirmation page where you can confirm your new pet's addition to your account.
Medibank Pet Portal: Adding a new animal to an existing account
Adding a new animal to an existing account is easy with Medibank Pet Portal. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Visit the Medibank Pet Portal website and sign in.
2. On the home page, click the "My Account" link located in the upper right corner.
3. Click the "Add a New Animal" button located on the left side of the page.
4. Enter all of your pet's information and click "Submit."
5. You will now be directed to a confirmation page where you can review and approve your new animal's addition to your account. Click "Confirm."
Medibank Pet Portal: Changing your pet's name
If you have a pet at Medibank and want to change its name, there are a few steps you need to take. The first step is to head over to the Pet Portal and sign in. Once you’re logged in, click on the My Pets link on the left-hand side of the screen.
Next, select your pet from the list of pets that appear on the right-hand side of the screen. On the Name Change page, you will need to provide some information about your pet, including its breed, age, and gender. You will also need to provide your new name for your pet. After you’ve filled out all of the required information, click on the Submit button.
Your new name will now be displayed on your pet’s profile page and will be visible to other members of Medibank who are also registered with the Pet Portal.
Medibank Pet Portal: Reporting a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to the Medibank Pet Portal, follow these steps:
