How to login to Med Portal?
To login to Med Portal, healthcare professionals will need: their healthcare organisation's login credentials (username and password), their patient's unique identifier (first name and last name), and their email address. To find out how to create these credentials, please visit the Med Portal website or contact your healthcare organisation's support staff. Once logged in, healthcare professionals can access all of the features of Med Portal.

-If you have not created a password, Med Portal will create one for you.

How to use Med Portal
Med Portal is a web-based system that allows patients to access their health information and request services from their healthcare providers. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Log In" button on the upper left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields and click "Log In."
3. If you are a new user, you will be prompted to create a user profile. Fill out the required information and click "Create Profile."
4. You will now be able to access all of your profiles and logs in to them by clicking on the appropriate link on the left side of the page.

To start using Med Portal, first sign in. If you don't have an account yet, create one now. Once you're logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Here, you can manage your account information and access your personal health records.
If you have an existing medical record with another provider, you can also upload it to Med Portal. Just follow these steps:
Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. In the "Personal Health Records" section, click on "Upload a File." On the next screen, select your file and click OK. You'll now be able to view and edit your record within Med Portal.
