Maxwell Townhomes is a brand new development in the heart of London, offering luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments with stunning city views. To make life as easy as possible for its residents, Maxwell Townhomes has developed a resident portal where you can easily login to manage your account, view your parking space and bill status, request maintenance or make any other requests you might have.
How to login to Maxwell Townhomes Resident Portal
If you are a Maxwell Townhomes resident and have not already logged in, please do so now. You can access the resident portal by following these steps:
1. From any computer in the community, open the MaxTown website (www.maxwelltownhomes.com).
2. Click on the “Residents” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your name and password and click “Login” to log in to the resident portal.
4. Once you are logged in, you will see the home screen of the resident portal. From here, you can access information about your community, including your account profile, monthly payments, recent activity logs, and more!
How to manage your account
If you're a Maxwell Townhomes resident, you can manage your account and access your account information on their Resident Portal.
To login to the Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your My Maxwell account.
2. Click on the "Residents" tab.
3. Click on the "Login" button.
4. Enter your My Maxwell email address and password.
5. Click on the "Log In" button.
How to update your contact information
If you have not done so already, please login to your Maxwell Townhomes Resident Portal and update your contact information. This can be done by clicking on the "Your Profile" tab at the top of the portal and then clicking on "Update Contact Information." You will need to enter your full name, email address, and phone number. Be sure to check the "Please confirm" box so that we can send you an automated message if you are selected for a Maxwell Townhomes newsletter or other communication.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your resident portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the "Change Password" link next to your username.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Update Profile" button.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer want to receive notifications from the Maxwell Townhomes Resident Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Go to Residents > My Account.
2. On the My Account page, click on the button next to your name.
3. On the Subscription Settings page, select the Unsubscribe from all notifications check box and click Save.
