If they decide to wait, they can click on the “waitlist” button next to the appointment date to add their name to the waiting list. If they decide to schedule now, they will be prompted to enter their username and password. After entering these details, patients will be taken to a page where they can submit their appointment request.
Patients who are not registered with Maxcare Portal can still schedule appointments by contacting their doctor’s office directly and requesting that appointments be scheduled through that office
How to renew your membership
If you have not renewed your Maxcare Portal membership in the last 30 days, you will need to login and renew your subscription. To login, please enter your user name and password below. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please click on the "Forgotten Your Password?" link at the top of the page and enter your email address where we will send you a new password.
If you have not renewed your membership within the last 30 days, your account will expire at 11:59 PM CDT on September 29th. After this expiration date, all content and features will be unavailable. You will need to renew your membership before any content or features are available again.
