If you are not already a Max Life policyholder, you can register for an account on their website. After you have registered, you can login to their website to access your account and make changes to your policy.

If you are a life policyholder, you can use the Max Life Policyholder Portal to manage your account and view your policy documents.
To login to the portal, follow these instructions:
1. Go to www.maxlife.com and sign in.
2. Under "My Account," click "Login."
3. Enter your email address and password and click "Log In."
4. Under "Portal Options," select "Life Policyholders."
5. Click "My Policies" to view your policy documents or select "Manage Policies" to update or change your policy information.
How to file a claim
If you have a Max Life policy and need to file a claim, login to the policyholder portal and follow these steps:

How to manage your account
Max Life Policyholder Portal is the online management tool for Max Life policyholders. This portal provides access to your account information, insurance products, claims history, and more. To login, click the Login link at the top of the page.
How to renew your policy
If you have a Max Life policy, please login to the portal to renew your policy.

Please enter your email address and password. If you have not previously logged in, we will create a new account for you. You will be prompted to provide your name and address. After logging in, click on the My Policy link on the left hand side of the screen.
On the My Policy page, scroll down to the Renewals section and click on the link that says Login.
Enter your email address and password, and click on the Log In button.
After logging in, you will be taken to the Renewals page. On this page, you will need to enter your policy number and select the renewal date. Click on the Submit button to renew your policy.

If you have a Max Life policy, you can login to the Policyholder Portal to:

1) Open the Max Life website and sign in. If you don't have an account, create one now.
2) Click on the "My Policies" tab. You will see a list of all of your policies. Click on the policy that you want to access information for.
