Welcome to the Matamata College Parent Portal! This website provides parents and guardians with easy access to important information about their school, including their calendar, registration, online courses and more. In order to login and access this site, please follow these steps:
Step One: Click on the "Login" button at the top of the page. This will take you to a new screen where you will need to enter your username and password.
Step Two: Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Parent Portal page. On this page, you will find all the information you need about their school. To browse through this information, simply click on any of the tabs at the top of the page (e.g. "Calendar", "Registration", etc).

How to login to the Matamata College Parent Portal

If you have not already done so, please create a new account on the Parent Portal. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources and tools that are available on the Portal.
How to manage your student account
If you are a parent of a student at Matamata College, you will need to use the Parent Portal to manage your student's account. The Parent Portal is a web-based system that allows parents to control and monitor their children's academic progress, communication and activity. To access the Parent Portal, visit matamatacollege.ac.nz and enter your student's name in the "Find Your Student" search field. Once you have located your student's record, you will need to login using your email address and password. You will then be able to access all of your student's information, including their academic records, communication logs and contact details. How to update your contact information
If you want to update your contact information, go to: https://my.matamata.ac.nz/login and enter your login credentials. Once logged in, under the "My Account" heading on the left-hand side of the page, click on "Contact Details". You will be taken to a page where you can edit your email address and phone number.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from the Parent Portal, you may unsubscribe by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on your name in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under "Notifications" on the right side of the screen, click on "Unsubscribe."
4. On the next page, enter your email address and click on "Submit."

How to file a complaint
If you have a problem or concern with your child's school, you can file a complaint through the Matamata College Parent Portal. You can login to the Parent Portal by clicking on the Parents tab and then clicking on the My Complaints link. The Complaint Form will open in a new window. Please complete all information fields and attach any supporting documents that you may have. Once your complaint is filed, the school will investigate it and take appropriate action.
