How to login to Massey Student Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Massey Student Portal, please follow these instructions:
If you have an active Massey email address and have used it to create your Massey ID, please enter your login name and password in the login forms on the home page of the portal. If you do not have an active Massey email address or if you have forgotten your login name or password, please contact the Help Desk at [email protected] for assistance.
How to add a course
If you're a Massey student and you want to add a new course, the first step is to go to the My Courses page on the portal. Next, click on Add New Course.
You'll be asked to enter some basic information about your course, such as its name and course code. Once you've done that, you'll be able to start creating your content!
How to add an event or workshop
If you are looking to add an event or workshop to the Massey Student Portal, here is how you can do it:
1. Log in to the Massey Student Portal.
2. Click on "Events and Workshops" in the left-hand navigation panel.
3. In the "Events" column, click on the blue "Add an event" button.
4. Fill out the required fields in the "Event Details" form, and then click on the "Submit" button.
5. You will now be able to see your event listed under "Workshops" in the left-hand navigation panel. To learn more about how to run your event, please see their tips below!
How to add a student organisation
If you're new to Massey Student Portal, and want to add a student organisation, there are a few things you need to do first.
First, go to the menu on the left-hand side of the home screen, and select "Student Organisation".
You'll then be taken to a list of all the currently active student organisations. Click on the one you want to add, and you'll be taken to its details page.
On this page, you'll need to provide some basic information about your organisation. This includes its name (maximum 30 characters), contact information (email address and phone number), and what type of organisation it is (e.g. club, society, etc.).
Once you've completed this information, click on the "Create Organisation" button at the bottom of the page. You'll then be taken to a confirmation page where you need to confirm that you're authorised to create an organisation on Massey Student Portal.
Once you've confirmed your authorization, your organisation will be added to the list of active student organisations on Massey Student Portal.
How to view your grades
If you are a Massey student and have an online account, you can view your grades on the portal. To log in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" link in the top left corner of the portal.
2. Enter your Massey username and password.
3. Click on the "View Grades" link in the My Account section.
4. You will be taken to a page where you can view your grades for that term.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Massey Student Portal login or password, follow these simple steps to reset it.:
1. Log in to the Massey Student Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ button on the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Under ‘My Account’, click on the ‘Reset Password’ button.
4. Enter your new password for your account and click on the ‘Reset Password’ button again.
5. Click on the ‘Login’ button at the top of the screen to return to the main Massey Student Portal screen.
How to edit your contact details
If you haven't already, please login to your Massey Student Portal account (located in the top right corner of most pages on the portal) and update your contact details. To login, click on "Sign In" in the top left corner of the page and enter your password. Once logged in, click on the "My Account" tab located in the top right corner of the page. From here you can edit your contact details, including your email address and password. If you have any questions about logging in or updating your contact details, please contact them via their contact form
How to unsubscribe from Massey Student Portal
If you are not interested in receiving emails from Massey Student Portal, please follow the instructions below to unsubscribe.
1. Click on the link in the email that you received from Massey Student Portal.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, under "General Info," find and click on "Unsubscribe."
3. Follow the instructions on the popup window to unsubscribe from Massey Student Portal.
