-Property Identification: Enter the Property ID number of the property you want service or repair done on. If you don't know the property ID number, contact MHA Customer Service at 678-427-5000 and they will be able to help you find it.
-Description of Issue/Problem: Describe what is wrong with your property and why it needs repair or service
