How to login to Mankato East Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student at Mankato East and you have an account with their Parent Portal, you can log in to the portal to view your child’s grades, attendance, and other important school information. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your school’s website. (Mankato East’s website is www.mankatoeast.org.)
2. Go to the “Parent Portal” link on the left-hand side of the home page.
3. Enter your school ID number (found on an email that was sent to you when you created your account) and password into the appropriate fields and click “Login.”
4. You will be automatically logged in to the Parent Portal. If you have any questions about logging in or using the Parent Portal, please contact their office at 507-287-4000 or email us at [email protected].

If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change your password, please follow these instructions:
Adding a new parent to your account
If you are adding a new parent to your account for the first time, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account at www.mankatoeast.org
2. Click on Parent Portal in the top right corner of the screen
3. On the left side of the Parent Portal screen, click on New Parent and enter your name and email address
4. Click on Register and confirm your email address
5. Click on Login and login with your username and password
6. On the right side of the Parent Portal screen, click on My Students and click on Add Student. Enter the student’s name, birthdate, grade level and parent signature (if applicable)
7. Click on Save Changes
Congratulations! You have now added a new parent to your account!
Managing your account
If you are a parent of a student at Mankato East, you can manage your account on their Parent Portal. To login, follow these steps:
-Click the Parent Portal link on the main page of the Mankato East website.
-Enter your username and password in the login form, and click submit.
-You will be taken to the Parent Portal home page. On this page, you will find links to all of the important information about your child's education at Mankato East. You can also access important school district news and events, and sign up for newsletters and other communications from their school district.
Viewing your student records
To view your student records, you will need to login. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link located at the top of any page on the Mankato East Parent Portal.
2. Enter your user name and password and click "Login."
3. Your user name and password are both displayed on the "Log Out" link at the bottom of every page on the Mankato East Parent Portal. If you forget your user name or password, please contact them at [email protected]
Deleting an account
If you would like to delete your account from the Mankato East Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
3. Under “My Account Information,” click on the link that says “Delete My Account.”
Please note: You will be unable to view or use any of the features of the Parent Portal until your account has been deleted.
