1. From your computer, open the Malone Solutions Employee Portal.

5. If you are successfully logged in, you will be taken to the main page of the Employee Portal.
How to access and use your Employee Profile
If you have an account with Malone Solutions, you can access your employee profile by clicking on the "My Profile" link in the main menu. You will be taken to a page where you can view all of your current information, as well as manage your email address and password.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Malone Solutions password, follow these simple steps to reset it:
1. Log in to the employee portal by entering your username and password in the login fields on the home page. If you have forgotten your username, please click on “Forgot Username?” on the right-hand side of the home page and enter your email address where prompted. Your email address is also used to reset your password if you forget it.
2. On the main menu, select “Settings” and then “My Profile.” You will see a field called “Password” where you can enter your current password or new password. Make sure that you type your new password in this field exactly as it appears on the computer screen. If you forget your current password, enter your email address in the “Forgot Password?” field and we will send you a link to reset it using your email address.
3. Click on the “Update Profile” button to save your changes and return to the home page. Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password.
How to submit a leave request
If you are an employee of Malone Solutions and need to take a leave of absence, please submit a leave request through their Employee Portal. You will need to login first, and then follow the instructions on the leave request form.

1. Go to www.malonesolutions.com/portal and enter your login credentials.
2. Click on the My Profile tab, and then click on the Leave of Absence link in the left sidebar.
3. Review the Leave of Absence Policy guide for more information about the leave types and benefits offered by Malone Solutions.
4. Click on the Create Your Leave of Absence button to begin the process of submitting your leave request.

The Malone Solutions Employee Portal offers employees a way to manage their hours and days off. The portal is easy to use and allows employees to view their hours, days off, and leave balances. The Malone Solutions holidays
Malone Solutions is celebrating their holidays this year! Here are the details:
-Starting on Monday, December 5th, all employees will receive a $100 gift card to use towards their holiday shopping.
-On Friday, December 9th, all employees will receive an extra day off (in addition to the regular Christmas Day).
-On Monday, December 12th, we will be closed for lunch and everyone will receive a $25 gift card to use in the cafeteria.
-On Wednesday, December 14th, we will have their annual company holiday party from 7pm to midnight. This year's party theme is "The Holiday Gift of Giving!" All employees who attend will receive a free drink ticket. We hope you can join us!
