How to use Maitri Patient Portal

Once you have registered for an account and logged in, you can access all of the features of their Patient Portal. Here’s how to use it:
1. In the main menu, click on “My Profile”. This will take you to your profile page.
2. On the left-hand side, under “My Profile”, click on “Login”. This will open a new window.
3. In the new window, enter your username and password. The username is the same as your email address and the password is the same as your registered password (see below for more information). Note that if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
4. Click on “Log in” to log in and start using their Patient Portal!
How to find your login information
To find your login information, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Maitri Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the home screen.
3. Click on "Settings."
4. Scroll down and click on "Login."
5. Enter your User ID and Password in the appropriate fields and click on "Log In."
How to log in to Maitri Patient Portal
If you have not already registered for Maitri Patient Portal, register now by going to the login page.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main menu. From here, you can access all of the features of Maitri Patient Portal. The first thing you will want to do is click on My Profile.
You will be brought to your Profile page. On this page, you will need to provide some basic information about yourself. This includes your name, email address, and password. You will also need to provide information about your health condition and any other relevant information.
Once you have completed your Profile page, you will be able to search for health facilities near you by clicking on Find a Health Facility near Me. This will take you to a list of health facilities that are located within a certain distance of your current location.
Once you have found a health facility that interests you, click on it to go to its Profile page. On this page, you will be able to find more information about the facility, as well as contact information if necessary. You can also request an appointment with the facility by clicking on Request an Appointment.

How to report a problem with Maitri Patient Portal
If you have a problem with Maitri Patient Portal, there are several ways to report it. Here are instructions for each method:
1. Go to the Maitri Patient Portal home page and click on “Report a Problem” in the upper-right corner. This will take you to a new window where you can enter all of the information needed to help us track down and fix the issue.
2. If you are having trouble logging in, try clicking on the link that says “Create an Account” in the top right corner of the main page. This will take you to a new window where you can enter your username and password.
